What the site stores

The application uses four versioned browser storage keys for settings, per-country progress, daily challenge state, and recent session summaries. These records may include scores, mastery levels, review dates, time buckets, and the country IDs you missed. A separate local opt-out key remembers whether anonymous product events are disabled; it is a preference, not a user identifier.

What the site does not collect

• No registration, profile, school, or name is requested.
• No typed country-answer text is saved or sent.
• No advertising identifier, cross-site tracking, fingerprint, or persistent analytics user ID is used.
• No personal learning record is stored in the feedback database or any other remote business database.

Control and deletion

Use “Reset progress” on the learning page to remove settings, progress, daily results, and session summaries. The analytics opt-out preference is preserved so a reset cannot silently turn measurement back on. Clearing all browser data for this site removes both progress and the preference. A different browser or device has a separate local record.

Retention

Settings and per-country progress remain on the device until they are reset or the site's browser data is cleared. The application keeps at most 60 dated daily-challenge records and 30 recent session summaries in local storage. Anonymous product events in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine expire after three months. Private feedback submissions are kept for no more than 180 days and may be deleted earlier after they are resolved.

Private feedback form

If you submit the website form, Flag Quiz Game stores the feedback type, selected page, message, submission time, and any reply email you choose to provide in a private Cloudflare D1 database. A random submission ID and processing status are also stored. The message is visible only in a protected administrator inbox and is not published on the website.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. During that check, Cloudflare processes network and browser information needed to provide the security service. Flag Quiz Game sends the Turnstile token to Cloudflare for verification but does not store the visitor IP, user agent, Cookie, device identifier, or Turnstile token in D1.

Hosting and analytics

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information such as IP address, user agent, and security events to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page use and browser performance without reading or storing cookies, local storage, session storage, or an IP address. Cloudflare states that the source IP received during normal beacon delivery is discarded at its nearest data center rather than stored in its analytics databases.

Flag Quiz Game separately sends a small set of same-origin product events: starting or completing practice and Daily, reaching review milestones, sharing a Daily result, and opening the feedback email link. Scores and time are converted to broad buckets before sending. Events never contain country IDs, individual answers, typed text, email, an IP field, or a user/session identifier.

When a product event is enabled, the browser may reduce a campaign link or referring site to a fixed source, campaign, and content label. Raw referral URLs and arbitrary campaign text are not sent, and attribution is not stored in a cookie, local storage, or a visitor profile. Request referrers are limited to the site origin, without a page path or query.

Anonymous product event preference

The control below applies to Flag Quiz Game's product events. The site also honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping those events off. Because no visitor identifier is stored, YJ cannot identify or delete one person's prior aggregate events.

Feedback by email

If you choose to send feedback by email, your email provider and the operator, YJ, will process your sender address, message, and any information you include. Email is handled separately from the website feedback database. Do not send passwords or other sensitive personal information through either feedback channel.

Include the reply email used in a feedback submission when requesting access or deletion; anonymous messages without a reply email may not be identifiable. This notice may be updated when the service or its data practices change; the effective date at the top identifies the current version.
